PRIVACY POLICY

In order to fulfil the obligations arising from the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU. L. of 2016, No. 119, p. 1, as amended) (hereinafter: GDPR), we inform you that:

The administrator of personal data is Pegas Engineering Sp. z o.o.

with the address and registered office: ul. Budowlanych 6A, 41-303 Dąbrowa Górnicza, NIP: 6290007314, KRS: 0000805839 (hereinafter: Company).

This Privacy Policy applies to the website www.pegas-engineering.pl of Pegas Engineering Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: the Website).

The Company is the administrator of personal data, collecting and processing personal data obtained as a result of sending an inquiry to the e-mail addresses provided on the Website or as a result of sending them by traditional mail to the Company’s address.

In the event of sending an inquiry to the e-mail address provided on the Website or as a result of sending them by traditional mail to the Company’s address, the User consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Art. 6 sec. 1 letter a of the GDPR and for the purpose of performing a contract to which the User is a party or to take action at the User’s request before concluding a contract, in accordance with Art. 6 sec. 1 letter b of the GDPR.

In this Privacy Policy, „personal data” means data of a natural person enabling their direct or indirect identification, such as name, surname and contact details. After the end of cooperation, personal data are stored for a period of 2 years resulting from the execution of orders, or 5 years based on financial and accounting documentation or for a period corresponding to the limitation of claims in other matters, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

The data is not subject to profiling and no decisions are made on its basis in an automated manner.

The Administrator has not appointed a data protection officer. Contact with the Company regarding the processing of personal data is possible at biuro@pegas-engineering.pl.

Each person whose data is processed by the Company has the right to view and obtain information whether, and to what extent, their data is subject to processing by the administrator, to rectify and correct data, to object to the processing of personal data in a specific manner, to request the deletion of processed data as well as to transfer data and to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uodo.gov.pl).

The User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

COOKIES

The Site uses cookies (so-called cookies) to improve and enhance the quality of its use.

Cookies are small text files that allow tokens containing information („identifier”) to be stored in the user’s browser, used only by the Site. Cookies are not used to identify any person using the Site. They help to determine the location and language preferred by the Site user, so that they can use it in the appropriate language.

The Site does not use cookies used to track users’ interests while using the Internet. They are not used for marketing purposes, customizing advertising content, etc.

All information collected by such cookies constitutes aggregate information and is therefore anonymous. If  you disable these cookies, we will not have information about when you used the Site. The Company may make changes to this Privacy Policy. If changes are made, the deadline for implementing new privacy practices is up to 30 business days.
